Welcome to the Power Overwhelming forums. We are a Horde guild on the Skullcrusher (EU) server, currently progressing through the end game 25/10 man PVE instances.


Current Recruitment Status

This section details the classes we are looking to currently recruit. Please note that if recruitment is 'Closed' for your class it is likely that your application will fail. However, we may consider exceptional characters, though you would need to provide a very good case for this within your application.

Basic Requirements

You MUST be able to meet the following basic requirements for your application to be considered:

General:

• The applying character must be level 80
• You must have a good understanding of the English language
• You will follow the rules laid out by the GuildMaster/Officers/Raid Leaders
• You must be a good team player
• You must be prepared to stick to one Character for raids.
• You should be prepared to use ventrilo (voice chat application). Microphone is an advantage.
• Our raids take place between 19-23 CET on weekdays and 19-01 CET on weekends. You must be able to attend a significant amount (approx 75%) of these raids.
• You must not be afraid to wipe multiple times and have large repair costs for learning raids. These are essential to the advancement of the guild.
• We are looking for dedicated long term players, that are going to be loyal to the guild.
• You should have spare time in order to arrange consumables for raids (protection pots, mana/health pots, food .... etc)
• We use a dkp system for loot assignment, you must have no issues with this method.
• You should be willing to take advice and carry out your tasks as per a raid leaders instructions.
• Classes are sometimes over-subscribed for some popular raids, which means a rotation system has to take effect whereby some people can miss out on a raid. You must be prepared to participate in this.

Character:

• You must be willing to respec to a PvE friendly spec (if you don't have one already). The officers may also ask you to respec and you will do this without question.
• Raiding experience is not neccassarily needed, but having tbc and pre tbc experiance is a huge advantage.

Please fill this out to the best of your ability. Stuff like formatting, correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation greatly increase your chance of being a recruit. Please take time to fill this out, putting on a bare bones app does not look good.

Should your application be accepted you will be placed as an initiate during the first two weeks. This is to ensure that we feel you would be a good fit within the guild and can meet the commitments we expect, and also give you an opportunity to taste the guild first hand!
