Orc :
Blood fury:
2 min cooldown
Increases meele Attack Power by 5+4/level, and spelldamage by 4+2/level for 15 seconds, and reduces all healing received by 50% for 15 seconds.
Increases Attack Power by 285, and spelldamage by 144 at level 70

Hardiness now only gives 15% stun resist.



Blood Elf
Mana tap:
30 sec cooldown
Drains 50+1/level mana from the target with a mana bar, and charges you for 10 minutes. Can stack 3 charges.
Drains 120 mana at level 70.

Arcane torrent :
2 min cooldown
Silences all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec, and gives you 10 energy or 10+2.16/level mana per manatap charge currently on you.
Gives 161 mana/torrent at level 70, or 483mana for 3 torrents.

It's base atp only, so although it's still a nerf, it's not as bad.
