He did mention "_epic_ flying mount", so there will be probably be something in between.

Think about it!

lvl 40 blue mount is riding skill 75
lvl 60 epic mount is riding skill 150

That leaves 2 skills available, the 225 one and the 300 one.
So by specifically mentioning the "_epic_ flying mount", he probably means the one for riding skill 300, thus also implying that there is a blue flying mount, which would require skill 225 (which would be much cheaper)

There are also 2 kinds of flying mounts for now...there is the neither dragon wich was the "epic" one. But there is also the "normal" plated wyvern
