Leader : Mφby
Officers : Depιs, Neovangelion, Brathek

Recruitment:
•   Under normal circumstances we don't recruit, when we are open for recruitment the class will be stated in a sticky on the applications forum. Exceptions happen. Invites to non-raider rank spots can be given out to rl friends/family members.
•   Skill and/or reputation are our first priority since we aim to recruit raiders.
•   Any form of excessive requests, stalking or other inappropriate and/or annoying behaviour will result in getting blacklisted. If you're a victim of any of these, please warn an officer.
•   You apply to the guild by making a post on the according forum and by meeting the demands.
•   After your recruitment you will be a trialist for quite a while if you fail to meet the demands and/or do not fit into the group you will be asked to leave again(or kicked).

Raiding:
•   Raids can be found on the in-game calendar.
•   Raids are guild only unless you're invited by us.
•   Show up on time (19:45), we don't wait. Showing up late may result in losing your spot. Please, be ready by 19.45, if you are not able to do it, notify an officer/guildmember who can forward your message.
•   Any intentional acts of contraproductivity will result by getting kicked out of the raid and/or getting demoted/kicked from guild
•   Come prepared. People prepared have priority over people who aren’t.  Prepared means consumables, special gear for certain encounters and knowing the guild tactics. Consumables also includes a flask.
•   Follow your raidleaders instructions at all times.
•   No unannounced afk, only afk when absolutely necessary.
•   If you make a mistake that causes a wipe, own up to it, it's the only way we can improve on some encounters and it may stop someone else making the same mistake.
•   Pay attention to what the raid and surrounding mobs are doing.
•   Keep ventrillo clear during item auctions. Mistakes can happen if the master looter cannot be heard.
•   Not following these rules will result in a warning, demote or kick.
•   Signing up and not showing without excuse will result in a warning/demote and/or EP penalty.
•   If you signup after 1200 CET the day of the raid, you loose all rights in your class' rotation system. Meaning if there's more people that signed up for your class then there are spots, you will automatically loose your right to join the raid.
•   If you signup after 1800 CET the day of the raid, you loose all rights to be counted as showing up for that day. Does not apply if you have a spot in the raid.
•   If you sign off (Decline) after 1800 CET the day of the raid, you will receive an attendace point penalty (Exception: A really good reason).
•   If you can't raid on a specific raid or day in the week, please notify us either ingame or on the forum.
•   If your performance inside raid is found to be lacking, you will be warned about it. If it continues to be so, you will be put through a trial. If you fail the trial, you will be demoted to non-raider.
•   If you sign up for a raid, you agree to come prepared and ready to raid. Showing up unprepared may lead to demote/kick, loosing your spot and/or receiving attendace point penalty.
•   Any form of slack in a raid may be punished by demote/kick or attendance point penalty. Slacking can be: Random AFKing without notice, watching tv, not responding to ventrilo either with mic or ingame message.
•   You are not allowed to obtain attendance from a raid if your character isn't being played by you.
•   If you are still on invited status on the calendar when the raid starts, you will receive an attendance point penalty.

Looting rules:
•   APS Masterloot unless otherwise stated at the start of the raid.
•   Rare, Unique and bind on pickup items get rolled for (in group pve)
•   Resource gatherers take turns or split resources at the end.
•   Ask on /gu first if special reagents/recipes dropped and nobody needs it, they are also always welcome in the guildbank if they are exceptional/rare.
•   Ninjalooting will get you kicked.
•   For raids we use APS (Attendance point system). See post in Guild area.
•   Certain Dungeons may use a seperate system.
•   Use your brain, common sense is usually the best way to do the loot.
•   People who can make full use of the item may get priority on the rolls, the others can bid when noone who can make full use of the item is interested.  The masterlooter has the final call in all cases. People who won x items over other players may have to pass on y items to make it fair.
•   Penalties in Attendance point system can stack, i.e. slacking in a raid can be punished with -1 x 5 (-5).
•   If both players needing on an item is above the minimum attendance of the week, a Raider over Trialist is applied.

Ranks:
•   If you're just recruited you will be initiate/trialist for a while after that we will decide if you deserve the member rank or a kick. Any incidents, comments and/or bad behavior during this period is good step forward in the direction of getting kicked.
•   Officers will decide if a person should be warned, for what and how, the person in question will be addressed and warned in pm and everything will get noted in detail on the officer forum.
•   The Member rank is for inactive/non-raiding players. Means you have access to /gu and to raids if there are open spots and thats all.
•   Going Member to Trialist is something that is only possible when there are certain spots open , the guild is also not forced to let a Member fill an open member spot.  Guild can choose to recruit someone new instead of promoting a Member for the spot also. * Going from Raider rank to Member will happen incase of long inactivity, personal request or in case of not being able to perform on the level required from a raider.
•   Going Friend to Trialist is only possible with Application. You need to fill in an application no matter how good gear you have, no matter how good friend with the guild you are. Application is required.
•   Raiders and Trialists are expected to raid. If you're unable to raid for a few weeks due to personal issues, that's okay. If you're unable to raid for a longer time, or due to slack, you may be demoted to Member and you may be able to be promoted once you're ready to raid again. See "Member to Trialist" rule.

Behaviour:
•   Your actions reflect on the guilds reputation too.
•   Don't argue with idiots, they will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
•   Respect Blizzard΄s TOC/COC.
•   Respect your guildleader, his officers and their decisions.
•   Avoid long AFK΄s when you're playing with people, it's VERY annoying.
•   Hardcore and casual players should respect each others playstyle.
•   No extreme forms of 1337 talk or behaviour please.
•   If you have issues concerning the guild, adress an officer/leader or adress it on the MEMBERS forum.
•   Guild official language = english.
•   Dont quit a grp without giving a warning 10-15 mins in advance.
•   Pick names for your chars that can't be the subject of discussion.
•   People have different views on different things, this goes both ways, tolerance reigns supreme, and respect people when they ask to stop.
•   Applying to another guild without having talked to an officer will result in a kick. We can still ask you to disband even if you talked to an officer.
•   We're a mature and serious guild, you're expected to represent Power Overwhelming whenever you're grouping up with people outside the guild, as well as guild mates and in Power Overwhelming raids.

Guildbank:
•   Everything you can spare is welcome in the guildbank.
•   If something ain't wanted it will be returned or sold on the AH.
•   The guildbank serves to fix faction/equipment for the guild.
•   If you want something, ASK.
•   Non wanted stuff will be sold after a while on the AH and the money used for guildmeans.
•   Certain materials/products can be sent C.O.D. to the guildbank as detailed in this thread
•   Disenchants from raids will go to the guildbank
•   Certain materials can be purchased from the guild bank as detailed in this thread

Posting on external forums:
•   Dont post or reply to whine threads.
•   Dont post or reply to flame threads.
•   Do not post critisism on Blizzards

Changes to the rules may be done at any time. Please check back once in a while.
