- If youre just recruited you will be initiate/trialist for a month atleast after that we will decide if you deserve the memberrank or a kick. Any incidents,comments and/or bad behaviour during this period is good step forward in the direction of getting kicked.
- 2 comments will result in a demote to iniate/trialist, the third will mean kick.
- Officers will decide if a person should be commented , for what and how, the person in question will be adressed and warned in pm and everything will get noted in detail on the officer forum.
- The non-raider rank is for inactive/non-raiding players. Means you have access to /gu and to raids if there are open spots and thats all.
- Going non-raider to member or raider is something that is only possible when there are certain spots open , the guild is also not forced to let a non-raider fill an open raiderspot. Guild can choose to recruit someone new instead of promoting a non-raider for the spot also.
- The raiderrank has requirements if you meet those you can apply for the raiderrank via pm on the forum to Ocram, if you get accepted you will get priority on joining raids.
- The raiderrank will update, updates will be announced on the forum and with them the period you have to adapt to the new standard if you fail to adapt you will lose your raiderrank.
- We use a max amount of raiders per class, if the spots are full you wont be able to promote to raiderstatus. The numbers change depending on the guildgoals and state of the guild.
