On Monday morning, a big poster was hang up on the announcement board:
MEETING TONIGHT AT 20:00 CET.
Everyone was kinda relieved. The major of the city, would probably have a solution for there heating problem. So anxiously they went to the market that evening. At 19:30 everyone was already there. They just couldnt wait to hear what Laso had to say. And there wasn't much else to do anyway. Luckily there was a big tent set up that coverd the whole market, so everyone could stand in the shade. Yes even at this time in the evening, the sun still burned in their necks.And also Laso was early, so the meeting started at 19:40....Laso walked up the stage. He too had been to the barber to have some of his fur cut short, however, his long proud manes still where dancing on his movement while he walked. They even looked somewhat bigger now, since the rest of his fur was so short. He stood up straight, and began to talk with a loud voice so everyone could hear him:

"Hello everyone, and welcome to this meeting, I am glad to see you all have shown up so fast.
Of course its not needed to tell you that we are having a hot summer. Already 4 PO Polarbears had to be taken to the hospital in the other city because they were overheating. And our beautiful gardens didn't see rain for a long time.I must however ask you all, to not water your plants, we need to be careful with our water that we have, before we run out of that as well."

A few PO Polarbears softly protested, There gardens were special to them, and everyone always tried to have the most beautiful garden, especially with the garden of the year award coming up, at the end of the summer, when everything was supposed to flower. But everyone could understand that keeping water to keep themselves alive was more important then winning the garden competition.

"Of course we have been discussing a way to get through this summer on our last officer meeting. Since it seems Blizzard isn't gonna help us. We will just have to sit it out." Laso continued.

PO Polarbear Constentina had contacted Blizzard, the weather gods. But they told him someone must have ordered this weather for some reason on there PO-land IP. When Constentina however tried to tell them that wasn't possible, a strange noise broke up the communication and the weather gods were not able to hear him anymore..So after that PO Polarbear Celinka tried calling the Blizzard weather line, But they denied it to be summer..
